Title: My Spring Festival
The Spring Festival, or Chinese New Year, is the most important festival in China. This year, I had an amazing time celebrating it with my family.
We started by cleaning our house to get rid of any bad luck from the previous year. Then, we decorated our home with red lanterns and couplets, symbolizing good luck and happiness.
On New Year's Eve, we had a big feast with delicious food, including dumplings, fish, and rice cakes. After dinner, we watched the Spring Festival Gala on TV, which featured various performances and games.
At midnight, we set off fireworks to welcome the new year. The sky was lit up with colorful sparkles, creating a festive atmosphere.
During the holiday, we also visited our relatives and friends, exchanging greetings and giving red envelopes filled with money as a blessing.
My Spring Festival was full of joy and warmth, making me appreciate the importance of family and tradition.
